By placing a pre-order on gomeedynamics.com, you agree to the following terms. If any of this bothers you, do not proceed. We’re serious. Slightly funny. But serious.

1. THIS IS A PRE-ORDER (YES, REALLY)
The item you are purchasing is not in stock.
It is manufactured by Gomee Dynamics in Arizona, USA — not pulled from a shelf, not overnighted from overseas, and definitely not teleported.
Your order starts the build process. That takes time.

2. PAYMENT
You pay in full at checkout.
That locks your spot in the production queue. No payment, no queue, no gear.

3. SHIPPING TIMELINES (LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS)
There is NO GUARANTEED SHIP DATE.
None. Zero. Zilch.
Any dates we give are estimates, not promises, prophecies, or legally binding visions of the future.
Delays can happen because:
• Manufacturing takes time
• Materials don’t magically appear
• Shipping carriers have their own personalities
• Reality exists
If you need this gear for a specific duty date, training, deployment, court appearance, or “I need it by Friday” situation — DO NOT PRE-ORDER.
Waiting is part of the program.

4. UPDATES (CALM DOWN)
We post updates when there’s something worth updating.
Emailing “any updates?” does not make the machines run faster, and will be slightly ignored because I would rather be sewing than replying to those emails.

5. PRODUCT CHANGES (RELAX)
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to materials or construction if needed.
Performance, durability, and mission use will not be compromised. If anything, we’re improving it — not downgrading it to save a buck.

6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES (THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SERIOUS)
By placing this order, you agree not to file a chargeback because the pre-order took longer than expected, estimated, hoped for, or told yourself it would.
Chargebacks do not:
• Speed up production
• Move you to the front of the line
• Help your situation in any way
They do, however, waste time and resources.
If you believe there is a legitimate issue, contact us directly at gomeedynamics@gmail.com. We’re real people, we respond, and we fix problems when problems actually exist.
Banks do not do any of those things.
IMPORTANT:
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute related to a pre-order delay without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, your name, email, billing address, shipping address, and payment method may be permanently blacklisted from future purchases on gomeedynamics.com.
Once blacklisted, future orders will be canceled and refunded at our discretion. No exceptions. No second chances.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (THE BORING PART)
We’re not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. That’s it.
